You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. Graff is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Graff’s control.
• Standard Delivery: Please allow 3 working days for Standard Delivery.
• Express Delivery: Orders placed by 2:30 pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.
If you have ordered an engagement ring or have requested any additional service, this may take longer. Our rings are unique - please allow an additional 10 business days for the fulfilment of the order.
