You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. Graff is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Graff’s control.

• Standard Delivery: Please allow 3 working days for Standard Delivery.

• Express Delivery: Orders placed by 1.30 pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

If you have ordered and engagement ring or have requested any additional service, this may take longer. Our rings are unique - please allow an additional 10 working days for the fulfilment of the order. Returns may be made by carrier or in any of our boutiques in France. If you would like to return one of our creations: you must notify our Client Services Team within 30 days from the date of delivery via email (clientservices.eu@graff.com) or by calling +33 01 83 75 54 55, they will be happy to provide a return label and arrange a collection. Our team is available to help you from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm CET. Please note that Graff does not accept exchanges or refunds on fragrances or customised pieces.
