Free gift wrapping with all orders. Please note, currently we are only able to accept orders to addresses within the within the following European countries:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. Graff is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Graff’s control.

• Standard Delivery: Please allow 3 working days for Standard Delivery.

• Express Delivery: Orders placed by 1.30 pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

RETURNS

Returns may be made by carrier or in any of our boutiques in France. If you would like to return one of our creations: you must notify our Client Services Team within 30 days from the date of delivery via email (clientservices.eu@graff.com) or by calling +33 01 83 75 54 55, they will be happy to provide a return label and arrange a collection.
