At Graff, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, you may request an exchange from us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your item. We cannot, however, process exchanges on items that have been customized, engraved, worn, used, altered or damaged.
After you returned your product to Graff Central Hong Kong boutique, or if you are returning a gift, your refund will be provided through a boutique credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value along with a boutique credit to cover any difference.
All sales are deemed final if no refund is requested within the fourteen (14) day period after you receive your product from us.
