Refund Policy UAE
At Graff, we are committed to ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, you may request a refund in accordance with the following policy.
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Products that have been customised, engraved, worn, used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
- Items purchased as part of a promotion or limited edition may have specific terms and may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund:

Provide your:
- Name and contact details
- Order number
- Details of the product(s) you wish to return
We will provide instructions for returning the product.
Important: All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging, including all certificates, accessories, and documentation.
3. RETURN METHODS
- Boutique returns: You may return your product to any Graff boutique in Dubai. Refunds will be issued either as a boutique credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Any difference may be provided as a boutique credit.
- eBoutique returns: Products returned through the Graff UAE eBoutique may be refunded, exchanged, or credited to a boutique account at your discretion.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they meet refund eligibility. Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing may take up to 14 business days from receipt of the returned product.
5. FINALITY OF SALES
All sales are final if a refund is not requested within the 14-day period following delivery or collection of the product.
