Complimentary Returns

Returns Policy

At Graff, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, you may request a refund from us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your item. We cannot, however, process exchanges or returns on items that have been customized, engraved, worn, used, altered or damaged.
