Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is issued by Graff Diamonds SARL, 28–29 Albemarle Street, London, W1S 4JA, United Kingdom. It applies to all purchases made via the Graff e-Boutique accessible to customers in Switzerland.
At Graff, we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, or if you simply change your mind, you may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive the product.
This voluntary return right applies only to items that have not been customized, engraved, worn, used, altered or damaged.
To initiate a return, please email us at clientservices.ch@graff.com within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with return instructions. We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving any refund.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and subject to the conditions above, we will refund the original purchase price and any initial shipping fees paid. Please note that processing your refund may take several business days.
If you return an item in-store at a Graff boutique, or return a gift, you will be eligible for a boutique credit or an exchange of equal or lesser value. For returns through the e-Boutique, you may choose between a refund, a boutique credit or an exchange.
Sales are considered final if no refund request is received within the thirty (30) day return window.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Swiss mandatory consumer protection law, where applicable.
Please note that personalised or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty or not as described. By placing an order for a customised product, you acknowledge that the item has been made specifically to your request and is therefore exempt from our standard returns policy.
