• Express Delivery: Orders placed by 1.30 pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

Returns may be made by carrier or in any of our boutiques in the United Kingdom. If you would like to return one of our creations: you must notify our Client Services Team within 30 days from the date of delivery via email (clientservices.uk@graff.com) or by calling our toll free number (080-81968325), they will be happy to provide a return label and arrange a collection.
